Ingredients
1 Egg 2 C Flour
1 C Butter 12 C Sugar
12 tsp Salt 12 tsp Vanilla
1 C chopped pecans  

Directions

Cream butter, sugar, and vanilla, add egg and mix well. Sift flour and salt, mix well. Next add pecans. Dough will be soft. Shape into 2 and one half inch long crescents, bake at 325 degrees on ungreased cookie sheet for 6 min or until a light brown on edges. Cool completely and roll in powdered sugar.
