1⁄2 Cup Vinegar |
1 Teaspoon Salt |
3 toes chop Garlic |
1⁄2 Teaspoon Pepper |
2 Tablespoon Soy sauce |
1 Chicken cut into 6 or 8 pieces |
Place chicken and pork in a dutch oven or cast iron pot then add other ingredients. Let come to a boil then reduce heat to simmer and cover. Let cook until tender, about 45 minutes. Serve over cooked brown rice.
This is really a Puerto Rican recipe but the kids like it so much I decided to put it in the cookbook so you could try it too.
