1 Cup Salt |
1 Teaspoon Paprika |
1 Teaspoon Onion powder |
2 Tablespoon Black pepper |
1 Tablespoon Chili powder |
1 Tablespoon Garlic Powder |
3 Tablespoon Cayenne or red pepper |

Mix all ingredients well and store in a tightly closed container. Since we use a lot of fresh onions in or cooking we don't put much onion powder in the seasoning mix. If you don't like to use a lot of fresh onions in your cooking you will need to use 1 tbl of onion powder in this recipe.
