Ingredients
2 Eggs 12 Cup Water
2 Pound Ground beef 1 Cup Onions, chopped
14 Cup Evaporated milk 12 Cup Rolled oats, uncooked
14 Cup Italian bread crumbs 5 Teaspoon Cajun seasoning (or salt & pepper)

Directions

Mix all ingredients except water in a bowl by hand. Form into a meat loaf shape and sprinkle with some more bread crumbs. Place in baking dish and add the water to dish. Cover loosely with foil, do not seal edges. Bake at 350 for about 2 hours. Uncover and continue cooking until browned.

Makes serving.
