1 Teaspoon Salt |
2 #303 cans Beets |
1 Onion (optional) |
1⁄2 Teaspoon Black pepper |
1 Cup Beet liquid, reserved |
Drain beets reserving 1 cup liquid. Cut beets into 1" pieces or leave as slices. Peel and cut onion in half then slice thinly forming half rings. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and toss lightly to mix. Place in refrigerator for 1 hour before serving.
