Mexican Chicken Casserole

Ingredients
Tortilla chips 1 Onions, chopped
12 Cup grated Cheese 1 Teaspoon Chili powder
1 Baked deboned chicken 1 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
1 can Cream of chicken soup 12 Jalapeno pepper, chopped
1 can Cream of mushroom soup 12 can whole Tomatos, chopped
34 to 1 cup chicken drippings or broth 1 4 oz. can of Mushroom pieces, drained (optional)

Directions

In a large bowl mix chicken, garlic powder, chili powder, mushrooms, onion, cheese, tomatoes, and pepper, set aside. Line a casserole dish with tortilla chips and pour broth over chips. Pour in chicken mixture and top with soups. Bake at 350� until cheese bubbles. This isn't an old family recipe but it was something Mama started making that we flipped over.
