Tortilla chips |
1 Onions, chopped |
1⁄2 Cup grated Cheese |
1 Teaspoon Chili powder |
1 Baked deboned chicken |
1 Teaspoon Garlic Powder |
1 can Cream of chicken soup |
1⁄2 Jalapeno pepper, chopped |
1 can Cream of mushroom soup |
1⁄2 can whole Tomatos, chopped |
3⁄4 to 1 cup chicken drippings or broth |
1 4 oz. can of Mushroom pieces, drained (optional) |
In a large bowl mix chicken, garlic powder, chili powder, mushrooms, onion, cheese, tomatoes, and pepper, set aside. Line a casserole dish with tortilla chips and pour broth over chips. Pour in chicken mixture and top with soups. Bake at 350� until cheese bubbles.
This isn't an old family recipe but it was something Mama started making that we flipped over.
