34 Cup Water 2 Cup Crab meat
12 Cup Bread crumbs 1 Cup Onions, chopped
4 Tablespoon Margarine 12 Cup Green Onions, chopped
1 Tablespoon Parsley, chopped 13 Cup Bell pepper, chopped
14 Cup Italian salad dressing 1 Teaspoon Cajun seafood seasoning


Satué vegetables in margarine over medium heat until edges are slightly browned. Add rest of ingredients and cook 15-20 minutes, stirring often, until mixture holds together. Serve hot as a side dish or serve with crackers as hors d'oeuvres.

Makes 36 one tbl servings.
