Shrimp & Soft Shell Crab Fry

Ingredients
112 tsp Salt 112 cup Flour
1 tsp Black pepper 14 tsp Onion powder
14 tsp Garlic Powder 12 tsp Red (cayenne) pepper

Directions

Mix all ingredients together well in a medium size paper bag. After passing a large handful of shrimp in milk batter (or a few soft shell crabs) put them in the paper bag of fry and shake them well. Deep fat fry at 375? for 1-2 minutes or until they float in the oil. Store left over fry in its paper bag in the refrigerator.

Makes enough fry for 2-3 lbs of seafood.
