Shrimp and Soft Shell Crab Fry

112 Cup Flour 112 Teaspoon Salt
1 Teaspoon Black pepper 14 Teaspoon Onion powder
14 Teaspoon Garlic Powder 12 Teaspoon Red (cayenne) pepper


Mix all ingredients together well in a medium size paper bag. After passing a large handful of shrimp in milk batter (or a few soft shell crabs) put them in the paper bag of fry and shake them well. Deep fat fry at 375 for 1-2 minutes or until they float in the oil. Store left over fry in its paper bag in the refrigerator.

Makes enough fry for 2-3 lbs of seafood.
