4 Eggs, beaten |

8 Slices of Cheese |
1⁄2 stick of Butter |
Reqular milk as needed |
12 oz pkg Egg noodles, broad |
1⁄2 cup Evaporated milk, divided |

Boil and drain noodles. Rinse noodles with hot tap water. In a large bowl combine hot noodles, eggs, butter, and 1 cup grated cheese, mix well so butter and cheese melt. In a 13x9 glass baking dish layer noodle mixture with rest of grated cheese starting with noodles on the bottom; noodles, cheese, noodles, cheese, noodles and end with sliced cheese on top. Bake at 350 degrees uncovered for about 1 hour. Test for doneness by pushing down on top of casserole with a fork. If too much liquid comes out let it cook a while longer. If cheese brown too fast cover lightly with foil or turn heat down.
