Tortilla chips |
1 tsp Chili powder |
1 Onions, chopped |
1 tsp Garlic Powder |
1⁄2 cup grated Cheese |
1 Baked deboned chicken |
1 can Cream of chicken soup |
1⁄2 Jalapeno pepper, chopped |
1 can Cream of mushroom soup |
1⁄2 can whole Tomatos, chopped |
3⁄4 to 1 cup chicken drippings or broth |
1 4 oz. can of Mushroom pieces, drained (optional) |
In a large bowl mix chicken, garlic powder, chili powder, mushrooms, onion, cheese, tomatoes, and pepper, set aside. Line a casserole dish with tortilla chips and pour broth over chips. Pour in chicken mixture and top with soups. Bake at 350? until cheese bubbles.
This isn't an old family recipe but it was something Mama started making that we flipped over.
