Preheat oven to 400?. Wash potatoes and pat dry. Line a baking pan with aluminum foil and arrange potatoes in pan so they are not crowded. Bake at 400? for 15 minutes then lower heat to 350? and continue baking for another 30 minutes or until tender. I like to serve baked sweet potatoes when I serve pork.
